An athlete participating in the BC Disability Games in Nanaimo BC Canada in July. This amazing athlete demonstrated courage and skill in the riding competition. Athletes from all over BC came to Nanaimo for the 5 day event, participating in a variety of events including swimming, sailing, and power soccer.

That's for sure. It was amazing to see this girl on a horse--her tiny body had the power and ability to maneuver her horse around the ring--it was beautiful to watch.

that is absolutely phenomenal. this just speaks to me. if this doesnt prove the amazing abilities of horses nothing does. what a beautiful animal. and such a skilled athlete! this takes dedication like nothing else. and the colors in the shot are beautiful.
